The objective of The Little Green Tips series is to provide our customers with helpful tips and advice on waste segregation and recycling.
To make recycling easier in your house, get yourself a little kitchen caddy (with a lid) for organic food waste such as vegetable peelings and plate scrapings.
Keep it on your counter or under your sink. Empty it every couple of days and rinse it out with warm water and detergent to stop odours and bacteria developing.
