Greyhound has an Automatic Top Up service. This payment facility is the easiest most convenient and hassle free way to manage your waste account. By choosing this service you will never have to worry about missing a collection. You choose how much you wish to top up by from the following amounts.
€12 – €20 – €30 – €50 When your account falls below €12 Greyhound will automatically top up your account with the chosen amount.

Do I need a skip permit ?
You don’t need a skip permit if you want to put a skip on a road with no parking restrictions.

What time can you deliver my skip at?
Drop off and collection times can be arranged when ordering your skip.We begin our skip deliveries at 7am. Due to the nature of our business it is difficult for us to give an exact time of delivery, however if you require a skip for a certain time we will do our best to meet your needs.
How long can I keep the skip for?
Our skips are generally hired for three days at a time. If you require the skip for longer than 3 days extra charges may be applicable.
Can you drop and collect in the same day?
We will do our best to accommodate requests like this wherever possible.
Do your prices include VAT?
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
What VAT is charged?
VAT is charged at 13.5% on services and 23% on products.
Where does my full skip go?
Greyhound guarantees to recycle as much of your waste as possible. We defer over 90% of waste from landfill.
What can I put in my skip?
Household waste – beds, sofas etc.
Paper and paper products
Harzadous waste – tyres, oils, petrols, paints etc.
Electrical items – Fridges, cookers, TV’s etc.
Clinical waste – such as needles, dressings etc
Kitchen and food waste

Greyhound is currently the only waste management company offering their customers a free mobile application on both Apple & Android models. You can make payments via the Greyhound.ie app by using your credit/debit card.

Greyhound has an extensive payment network throughout Dublin. Using a shop/retailer, customers can easily top up their account. When using a Payzone outlet to top up your account, you can also view your balance on your receipt. You can top up your Greyhound account anywhere where you see the following signs!
You can top up your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by using our automated payment line. All you need is your account number & valid credit/debit card. Simply just call the relevant number below.

Your Pin Code is a 4 digit number which would have been sent separately to your payment card. If you did not receive this letter or have forgotten your Pin Code please contact our customer care team on 1890 989 998. Once you receive this code please change to a code that you can remember and do not disclose to anybody.
Please contact our customer care team on 1890 98 99 98 quoting your name and account number. Please note that account information may only be given to the account holder once verified. If your email address is already on your account you can use the reset Pin function and follow the email link to rest your Pin.
We have introduced a number of ways to do this and make it more convenient for our customers.
1. You may check your balance via our automated system, 24 hours a day 7 days a week by phoning 1890 98 99 98 and selecting option 1. All you need is your account number.
2. Logging into our website using your account number and 4 digit pin code.
3. At any 2,100 Payzone outlets throughout the city, all you need is your Greyhound payment card.
4. Through our new Mobile App which can be downloaded on the Apple App Store or Google Play for Android customers.
5. Calling our customer care team on 1890 98 99 98
Payments made through our website, over the phone and mobile app are completely free of surcharges.
Important Notice – Post Office/Payzone Charges:
If you pay €20 or less in the Post Office there is a charge of 90cent for each transaction.
If you are paying more than €20 in one payment you will not be charged a transaction fee.
If a payment is made through a Payzone outlet there is a 50cent charge on payments of €15 or less.
If you are paying more than €15 you will not be charged the 50cent fee.
In order to make your requests as easy as possible we have added downloadable forms for updating accounts, requesting price plans, updating account ownership etc.

Change of Address

Account Holder Passed Away
If the account holder has sadly passed away and you wish to update the account into a different name please fill in and return this form.
Adding an Extra Name to an Account
From time to time we get contacted by non account holders. There is a simple solution to this, the named account holder simply has to fill in this form and return it to us. Once we get this form we can update the names on the account and you will have permission to discuss all aspects of the account.
New Tenant Form
If an account holder wishes to transfer the account into a new tenants name, both parties must fill in this form and return it to us. Once we get this form we can update the names on the account and you will have permission to discuss all aspects of the account.
