Frequently asked
questions

Can’t find the answer you’re looking for?
Talk to Greyson our AI Assistant or reach out to our customer support team.

How quickly can I get my bins?

We will have your bins delivered within 2-3 working days of your account set-up.

Checkout our services @ Skip Hire

Can I use the bins currently at the address?

Yes, as long as they are Greyhound or Dublin/South County Council labelled bins. If you need new bins, or old ones removed our team can assist you.

When does direct debit come out of my bank?

Payments will be debited from your account between the 28th and 1st of each month.

Are there any excess charges on brown and green bins?

There is no weight allowance on Brown or Green bins, because being green and recycling is better for everyone, not our bottom line.

Is there an annual fee?

No, unlike our competitors there are no upfront charges at all, just the monthly service fee you choose to sign up to.

Two good reasonsto switch today.
