Group Operations Manager

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Operations ownership for all Commercial customers. Direct responsibility for Commercial Department staff – ensuring best practices and service levels for our customer base. Facilitating the preparation of analysis reports, reviewing performance data to measure operational productivity. Timely accurate reporting analysis using KPI’s in place to measure the business on a weekly basis.

BIOGRAPHY:
Ruairi has over ten years’ practical experience in the Environmental & Waste Management Industry. Fully Chartered waste manager through CIWM having completed a Post Grad CIWEM Water, Energy and Environment course.

Day to day account management and administration of Commercial clients, customer care and general accounts queries.

Maureen been with Greyhound for the last five years and has been involved in Commercial logistics & customer care services and manages most of our larger corporate clients including UCD

Logistics Supervisor

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Managing all commercial service routes. Allocating & assigning daily work schedules and vehicles to drivers.

BIOGRAPHY:
Johnny has been in Waste Services Industry for the past 15 years and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our waste collection services, liaising with the clients on service issues and recording customer queries.
